Hi I am James from the UK. I have had a bad start in life but worked hard to pick myself up. I am not fully there until I find the right person.
My life started bad by spending most of my childhood in Great Ormond Street hospital for sick children. I am now a IT engineer/Writer/Photographer. (strange mix but modern times call for it) I have a flickr page with all my photos if you would like to see my pictures.

I am a caring gentleman who always puts a lady first. But no matter how charming I am ladies seem to take me for granted. I would like to meet a woman who is self dependant so she will love me for me and not what I spend on her. I am not rich but I would spend my last penny on the right woman. If you are out of my country that does not mean I will ask for flight money or accom, I am self dependent and will pay my way. All I want is someone who will love me for me and not for what I can do. All people seem to do is take from me, from DIY to computer fixing. It would be nice for someone to want me for me. I am Scottish heritage which means I do have a family color (Kilt)

I must admit I have a thing for the mature woman since they know what they want. I am not looking for a mother figure cos I have a great mum. I just find mature women attractive. I have one son who I dont get to see much even tho I would love to.

I am funny with a quick wit and also good direction in my life. Maybe one day I would like to move to the USA or if I make enough of my life like I plan to have a home in both countries.

I am looking for a caring soft woman who likes a good time and wants someone mature but funny. I would say I am silly but know when to be mature.
