I like to keep it simple the first time and just go have coffee or walk the beach. It is just a time to get to know the other person. Somewhere quiet and where you can talk. Going somewhere to dance is nice as long as there is a quiet table to find time to talk. The dancing gives you a chance to see if you enjoy the touch and feel part of the person.
