Am looking for someone to have fun and spend time with, either out for a drink/dinner, snuggled up on the couch, or out and about on the tiles. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and look after myself as best I can, i'd like to think I keep myself in good shape. I ran the Edinburgh marathon last year, & London marathon in 2004 - crazy I know, but I love the challenge that goes with it! - As I'm still alive & intact this year, I'll be running the Great North Run.

I'm an odd mix of a Tomboy and a girly girl - I love anything sparkly and like to wear nice makeup and dress well, then on the other hand I also enjoy being windswept ontop of a mountain with no makeup and a fire. Adore the odd festival, am a regular at the Secret Garden party, it has an amazing vibe, and basically anything music orientated I'm sure to get involved. Love my food, seafood in particular, but the odd kebab can't hurt! And wine etc. I like to travel all over the world.. went to Egypt last year, going to India in November and still want to explore China.. Although I've not yet been to Italy (??) - so someone please take me! I'm a big romantic at heart. As I'm half American, my mum's from Southern California, I lived out there as a kid for some years, and now I've a great excuse to go visit my big family over there, I could swim in a S. Califonian ocean all day, it's like heaven to me, all I want to do now is learn how to surf!

I'm open minded as to the type of guy I meet, as long as you're a straight talker, realistic and, I've recognised my need for that having an emotional connection with someone when in a close personal relationship with important, so if you are emotionally intelligent, that's a good start..
