I'm interesting to talk to, and enjoy stimulating conversation with intelligent people. I take pride in my appearance and am comfortable in anything from casual to formal. I'm straightforward - what you see is what you get - I have no hidden agendas.
Worked for over 25 years in IT as a software engineer, but obtained no great satisfaction from it. So I am back at university fulltime this year, to study in a completely different field.

Movies - I love Cinema Nouveau - anywhere else, as long as the movie\'s good. Also watching DVD\'s. Reading and collecting books is a great pleasure of mine, mainly military history, strategy, & international relations. Occasionally read a wide variety of fiction too. Enjoy peace, tranquility, love the sea although I am fascinated with big, old cities too. ---

Music is mainly Classical, but I also enjoy Blues, Rock and Punk - what I listen to depends on how I\'m feeling at that moment in time. I occasionally go to the JPO Concerts too, but really appreciate my iPod! Red wine is great. ---
